Moving home is a very individual thing, its also the most stressful thing anyone can do, especially if You’re moving for the first time. Whilst in theory it is possible to provide some kind of quotation or estimation over the telephone – a good price is only one of the things we offer.
Ideally we like to send one of our friendly local estimators out to your property to not only inspect what the access is like, but to also talk to you about the services we offer and also to get a really good understanding of what you are moving and what special skills, equipment. materials and tools we may need on the day to ensure we can deliver against our promises.
When you ask us to provide you with a FREE Quotation, we take that request very seriously and work hard, with you to understand what services you require. Once we provide our Quotation, that price is fixed – we don’t have any hidden extras, just a clear, fair and transparent price for the services you require.
We recognise things change, the very nature of moving home is a change – a big one. Unlike most other removal companies, we don’t charge any cancellation fees at all, we just don’t believe in them. If your plans change for reasons beyond your control, our priority is you – we will work with you to modify your moving schedule and ensure you are feeling supported.
If you need to move out of your current home (for example if you are in a chain and need to be out of your home to allow someone else to move in), we can always bring your items in to our Storage facility until you are ready to move on at a later date.
Wherever possible we advise you to let us now of any dates you are planning (or wishing) to move home, we suggest that you provide as many dates as possible. We’re very happy to make provisional bookings for you across as many dates as you need. Don’t worry bout changes or cancellations as we don’t impose charges or restrictions should things change.
Whilst we’re a Removal Company, we also offer Storage Services.
Should you need anything bringing in to our Storage Facility, this can be arranged for you – whether it be a single item or your entire home contents, we can store them from as little as 1 day to 1 Year. Just ask your Estimator for more information or call our Support Team.
If you need Packing Materials from us, you can either visit our Online Shop on this website (link above in the menu) or call our Support Team who will arrange this for you.
Worry not, this is something we are used to – not many people can guarantee that their moving will 100% happen on any given day. Especially if you are in a chain or other people moving home.
We can make Provisional booking for as many days as you would like, should you not be able to move on a particular day that is provisionally booked, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as you can that you don’t need any provisional dates that have been booked for you.
This is absolutely fine, and for many reasons can happen alot.
We can easily help you rectify this issue, we have a large warehouse and can bring any or all of your effects and household goods in to store, we can then later arrange for them to be moved to your final address once you have one. Storage is a very effective way of providing you more time to arrange your new home should you need extra time.

One of our Estimators will work with you to understand the best options for your move, whether it be to move by Road, Sea or Air – we have all options available and can provide free written quotations.
When we provide a Quotation, we make sure that price is good for the next 30 Days.
We will honour any price provided and providing we have availability for the dates in which you wish to move we can achieve the booking for you. Sometimes, especially for International Removals or if we have provided you with a specifically priced quotation for a specific day (for example a back-load/shared/timed delivery) – its not always possible to honour that price for 30 days, in these instances we will advise you of this as part of the Quotation process.
